Sanjay Biswas

I am a Licensed Paralegal and Notary Public in Ontario, Canada. I am an internationally trained lawyer with more than 20 years of legal experience and a strong commitment to providing professional, ethical, and client-focused legal services.

I earned my Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Social Science (MSS) from the National University of Bangladesh. In 2002, I was enrolled as an Advocate of the Moulvibazar District Judge Court. In 2015, after successfully qualifying through the Bangladesh Bar Council, I was enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. I was also a member of the Sylhet District Bar Association. My primarily practiced area was civil and corporate law.

My practice focuses on immigration law, Provincial Offences, Small Claims Court, Landlord and Tenant Board matters, notarial services, commissioner services, and legal document preparation. Drawing on both my international legal background and Canadian legal training, I strive to provide practical legal solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
